In the ShadowBox Butterfly Blue Delphinium II we focus more deeply on the shapes and structure of the natural material.

The image of a flower on a stem has almost disappeared in a abstract image. The grazing light makes the image playful and the original colors come back to life.

We designed a frame from these colors that seamlessly matches the character of the image.

The frame is covered on the inside with hand-coloured paper in the colors indanthrene blue and caput mortuum. The outside of the frame is covered with white damask.

A UV-resistant varnish has been applied over the entire frame.

This ShadowBox measures 44.4 cm high by 30.2 cm wide and 4.4 cm deep. The base has a depth of 17 cm.

The object will be released in a limited and numbered series of 30 pieces.
